- Rental period: commences at 4pm on the first day of the tenancy and terminates at 10am on the final day.
- Changeover day: Saturday.
- Out-of-season availability: both properties are available for rental throughout the year. Out of season, both short-term lets and longer lets are possible. Please contact us for all further information, including the tariff.
- Prices include: bed linen, swimming pool maintenance and all water, gas & electricity.
